How It Works
Refer a leader
Share Leada with someone in your network who would benefit from the cohort experience. Let them know to mention your name on the enrollment form.
They join a cohort
When your referral enrolls in a Leada cohort and completes payment, the referral is confirmed.
You get paid
You receive $250 for every leader who joins through your referral. It’s that simple.

Partner Network Terms
By joining the Leada Partner Network, you agree to the following:
- Referral Reward. Referral rewards are $250 per referred participant who successfully enrolls and completes payment for a Leada cohort.
- Payment Timing. Rewards are paid within 30 days of the participant’s payment clearing, via your preferred payment method.
- Refund Policy. Rewards are only paid on completed, non-refunded enrollments. If a referred participant requests and receives a full refund, the referral reward will not be issued or will be deducted from future rewards if already paid.
- Program Updates. Leada reserves the right to modify the reward amount, program structure, or terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to active partners and will apply to future referrals only.
- Independent Relationship. Partners are independent referral sources, not employees, agents, or representatives of Leada.
- Tax Responsibility. Partners are responsible for reporting any referral income for their own tax purposes. Leada may request a W-9 before issuing payment if required for tax reporting.
- Integrity of Referrals. Leada values honest, authentic recommendations. Partners should only refer leaders they genuinely believe would benefit from the program and contribute to their cohort in a meaningful way.
