Managing and developing others is harder than it's ever been.

AI is accelerating everything. Human connection is being quietly deprioritized. Managers are being asked to do more with less — less support, less budget, less time. And somehow still show up for their people with presence, intention, and humanity.

The human elements of leadership have never been more important. Or more under threat.

Leada is where you become a more grounded, capable leader — without losing your humanity in the process.

Sound Familiar?

These are the real conversations we're having with leaders right now.

The ones that you carry home, the ones that don't have clean answers, the ones nobody prepared you for.

I'm making decisions nonstop and second-guessing every single one of them.
I have too much coming at me, too fast, and no clear way to triage any of it.
My team needs me to be steady, but I'm barely holding it together myself.
The hard conversations keep getting harder and I'm not sure I'm handling them right.
I'm expected to integrate AI, upskill my team, and lead through constant change with no real support.
I've navigated hard things before. I know I can do this. I just need to find my footing again.
What's Included

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

Most leadership programs give you frameworks and then expect you to go figure out how to make them work... in the middle of everything else you're dealing with. This ain't that. Leada is a 6-week cohort where real leaders work through what's actually happening. Together.

Live Weekly Sessions

90-minute facilitated live sessions, interactive and grounded in what's actually happening for you and your team right now.

Practical Tools

Not theory. Actual tools you can use immediately to navigate hard conversations, make cleaner decisions, and lead with more confidence.

Self-Guided Micro-Lessons

Short, focused content between sessions to keep the thinking going without adding to your already full plate.

Private Community

A small, vetted group of leaders navigating the same terrain. Honest conversations and real peer support, 24/7.

30-Minute 1:1 Coaching

One private 30-minute session with an ICF-trained coach focused entirely on your specific situation right now.

Weekly Behavioral Experiments

Each week ends with one small, specific thing to try. Not homework. One intentional shift designed to build real momentum.

Who This Is For

Made for leaders in the thick of it.

Leada is for people managers leading teams in fast-moving environments, expected to deliver results and genuinely care for their people, even as the ground keeps shifting beneath them.

You're in the right place if

  • You're an experienced manager navigating a role that's fundamentally changed. More people development, more complexity, more difficult conversations. And figuring it out as you go.
  • You're ready for more support navigating what leadership actually looks like right now.
  • You're burned out (or almost there) but not ready to give up. You care about your people. You care about the work. You just need some clarity and real support to lead the way you know you can.

This isn't for you if

  • You're an individual contributor not yet managing people.
  • You're not ready to self-reflect, try new approaches, or do the actual work of changing how you lead.
  • You're looking for a quick fix or a shortcut. This is a real commitment to your own growth.
The Curriculum

6 Weeks. Real Work. Actual Change.

Internal clarity Navigate external complexity Lead more confidently

You can't catch up. You're context-switching nonstop. By end of day you're running on fumes instead of actually thinking. This is where we start.

If you're up at 2am replaying decisions from earlier in the day, or you're struggling to move forward on something important because you're waiting on more information, resources, or support, this week gives you structured tools to keep moving forward anyway.

You know how to do the work. But the unwritten rules, the politics, the dynamics above and around you? Nobody talks about those. This week we name them, and you leave with a clearer sense of how to move through your organization with more influence and a lot less friction.

The feedback you've been avoiding. The boundary you haven't set. The conflict you keep hoping will resolve itself, but it's going on month 3 and, welp, it's still a problem. This week we do it.

AI, RIFs, reorgs, shifting expectations. When everything keeps changing and your team is looking to you for answers you don't have, this is how you hold steady anyway and keep your team moving forward.

This is where we put it all together and identify your path forward. You'll leave with real tools, new behaviors, and a clear sense of how you lead from here, on your own terms.

Why Leada Exists

Built from hundreds of real leadership conversations.

I've spent 16+ years coaching leaders through the stuff that doesn't show up in their job descriptions.

The power dynamics. The decisions that keep you up at night. The hard conversations you keep putting off. The slow erosion of confidence that happens when the stakes are high and the support isn't there. And the ripple effect that follows: when leaders are shaky, their teams feel it. Trust erodes. Psychological safety takes a hit. People pull back.

I've worked with leaders at Google, Comcast, Warner Bros. Discovery, New Balance, Colgate-Palmolive, Gilead, and dozens of others across 500+ hours of 1:1 coaching.

"I know I'm capable. It's just that so much has changed. I'm juggling so much personally and professionally and I'm overwhelmed. I don't need someone to teach me how to lead. I've managed other people for years. I just need help sifting through the chaos so I can ground myself again."

Leada is built on that. Everything in this program comes from real conversations with real leaders navigating real complexity. Of course, it's also grounded in research and organizational psychology — but we've done the work of bridging the gap between the theoretical frameworks and what leaders actually experience in the real world, so you don't have to.

I'm ICF-trained, and people tell me I have a way of making hard things feel approachable. I'm patient, I'm empathetic, and I'll push you when you need it — but I do it in a way that actually sticks. If you're ready to do the real work, I built this for you.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

All sessions are recorded so you won't fall behind. That said, Leada is designed as a live cohort experience. The real value is in the room, with other leaders working through the same things in real time. Life happens and we get that. Missing one session is okay. If you know going in that you'll miss two or more, we'd love to have you. Just consider joining us at a later date. Still apply, though. Let's talk.
Plan for 30 to 60 minutes, but expect it to show up in how you lead all week. Each week includes a short micro-lesson and one behavioral experiment. This isn't homework you check off and forget. The whole point is to take what we work through together and actually try it in your day-to-day. We'll open each session with space to share what came up: what worked, what didn't, what surprised you. The outside-of-session work is the real work.
Honestly, it's all three. You get structured curriculum, a small cohort experience where real work happens live, a private community to stay connected between sessions, and a 1:1 session with an ICF-trained coach. None of those things alone would be Leada. Together, that's the point.
Yes, and many participants will use their professional development budget to cover the cost. We can provide an invoice in whatever format your company needs. If it would help, we also have a ready-to-send note you can share with your manager or HR team to make the case.
The open cohort brings together leaders from different companies and industries from around the world, which is actually part of what makes it valuable. You get honest conversations that wouldn't happen inside your own org. A private cohort is built specifically for your organization and fully customized: the curriculum, length, pace, and even your company's own leadership language and values. Private cohorts can be delivered virtually or in person. We're based in NYC, but we don't mind if you fly us out. Get in touch to explore what that could look like.
The cohort ends but the community doesn't. You'll keep access to the private community, and 30 days after we wrap, you'll get a personal check-in to see how the work is landing in real life. Alumni also get first access to future cohorts, events, and workshops.
Nope. That said, our current cohorts are designed for experienced people managers, not individual contributors or people brand new to leadership. If that's where you are right now, sign up for updates. We may expand our offerings as we grow.
When you apply, payment is collected at the time of submission. A real human reviews every application within 48 hours. If we determine it's not the right fit for you right now, you'll receive a full refund — no questions asked. Once you've been accepted and we've sent you your prep materials for your first session, your spot is confirmed and refunds are no longer available. If something comes up before your cohort starts, we'll transfer you to the next available cohort within 6 months of your original start date. If Leada ever has to cancel a cohort, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort. Your choice.
